Vision
July 21st, 2007 by Linda JenkinsonThe morning fog that clouds the vision
Clears away the last of night
And soon fades silently away
In submission to the sun’s warm light. The horizon, seeming out of range,
By a single step, is breached.
Each footfall extends my vision
Until my destination is reached.
As the fog that blankets the morning dawn
Submits to the warmth of the sun
My fears vanish in the new horizon.
My journey with you has begun.

As the fog that blankets the morning dawn
a simple site to hold my brightest memories and my darkest dreams. Most is poetry, some is prose… some is fact, most is fantasy. I’ll leave it to you to decide which is which...
